Terms of Service

By accessing or using the CureEazy platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered doctors, administrators, and super administrators.

CureEazy is an AI-powered clinic management platform operated by In Out Green, Noida, India. The Service provides tools for patient appointment management, WhatsApp-based patient intake, AI-assisted symptom triage, digital prescription generation, and clinical audit logging. CureEazy is a software platform designed to assist licensed medical professionals — it does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical judgement.

3.1 Medical Professionals

The CureEazy platform is intended solely for use by licensed and registered medical professionals. By registering, you represent that you hold a valid medical registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the relevant State Medical Council, and that you are legally authorised to practice medicine in India.

3.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at care@cureeazy.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Approval Process

All new registrations are subject to review and approval by CureEazy administrators. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at our discretion, including in cases of suspected misrepresentation or misuse.

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service solely for lawful clinical and administrative purposes in connection with your registered medical practice. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including those governing medical practice, patient data, and digital health records.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You must not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform; (d) upload or transmit malicious code; (e) use the platform to harass, harm, or deceive patients or third parties; (f) share your account credentials with unauthorised persons.

4.3 AI Features

AI-generated triage assessments, diagnosis suggestions, and prescription drafts are assistive tools only. They are not medical diagnoses and must not be acted upon without independent clinical evaluation by the treating doctor. You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions made using the platform.

5.1 Doctor Responsibility

You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary patient consents required by applicable law before collecting, storing, or processing patient data on the CureEazy platform. This includes consent for WhatsApp-based communication and AI-assisted triage.

5.2 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of patient information entered into the platform. CureEazy is not liable for clinical errors arising from incorrect or incomplete data entry.

5.3 Data Ownership

Patient data entered by you remains your responsibility as the treating clinician. CureEazy processes this data as a data processor on your behalf and does not claim ownership of patient records.

6.1 Subscription Plans

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Plan details, pricing, and included features are set out on our Pricing page and are subject to change with prior notice to subscribers.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Annual subscriptions are charged upfront. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Taxes will be added at checkout.

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

6.4 Non-Payment

If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service without notice.

The CureEazy platform, including its design, software, AI models, content, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of In Out Green. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the purposes described in these Terms during your active subscription period.

8.1 No Medical Advice

CureEazy is a technology platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All AI-generated outputs are assistive suggestions for use by qualified medical professionals only.

8.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, In Out Green shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or clinical outcomes arising from use of the platform. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, if your medical registration is revoked, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal use of the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We encourage you to contact us first at care@cureeazy.com to resolve any disputes informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
